Absolutely! We have developed an online signage order process for commercial real estate signage, understanding their vital role in promoting properties for sale, lease, or rent. Even with online ordering companies, the current signage order process tends to be complex and time-consuming.

In the realm of commercial real estate, the famous phrase “location, location, location” holds true. One of the key elements in creating a powerful first impression of a property is effective signage. It not only highlights the property’s unique features but also conveys crucial information like availability and pricing.

By employing well-designed and strategically placed outdoor signs, you can captivate the attention of passersby and entice them to explore the property. This increases the likelihood of generating leads and successfully closing deals. Additionally, signage plays a vital role in establishing the property’s brand and identity, making it memorable and easily recognizable to potential tenants or buyers in the future.

Signage order process: 7 steps unbelievably simple steps 

1. Click on the Availabilities section and change your view workflow view.
2. Click the grey circle checked button and a window expands (right-hand side)
3. Fill in each item as needed and the system will automatically generate a preview of your signage.
4. Below it move the map location marker, to the precise location you want the sign vendor to install it.
5. Submit (email) your request to the vendor.
6. The grey button under the signage column will change to orange – which indicates in the works.
7. When the signage vendor communicates the sign has been installed, the button will turn green.
