In this view, each column provides essential information, such as date, time, and updater of the last update, along with relevant metrics if any updates have been made. We use a visual system to indicate the status of each task: a gray check circle signifies no recent activity, a red check circle signifies overdue tasks, and a green check circle denotes completed ones.
But that’s not all; we’ve also integrated user-friendly radio buttons to help automate specific steps. For instance, if you wish to electronically send a signage order to your signage vendor, simply click on the gray check circle in the “Property Signage Install” column. Once the task is completed, the radio button will turn into a green check circle with the following information date, time, and updater denoted.
